What’s New in Web TimeOff Version 1.6
The following new features are available in version 1.6 of Web TimeOff:
- Expanded import capabilities In addition to employees, users can now import
holiday calendars and categories. By entering the data in a file and then importing
the file, large amounts of data can be collected and added to Web TimeOff more efficiently.
- Ability to export data to a file To help with the process of editing settings,
the export feature allows you to quickly generate a CSV file with the existing Web
TimeOff settings for employees, holiday calendars, or categories. The exported file
can then be edited and imported, eliminating the need to manually enter each and
every setting when importing.
- Support for Integrated Windows Authentication Web TimeOff can be configured
to use Integrated Windows Authentication, which allows users to be automatically
logged in using their Windows user name and password.
- Reporting of cost data for time off balances Organizations are now better
able to track the cost of any outstanding time off balances through the Time Off
Summary report and the Time Off Balance report. The cost of remaining time off is
based on the cost per hour specified for each employee. Access to cost data can
be limited through the use of permission types.
