A new, easy-to-use wizard interface Web TimeSheet Billing Integration guides
users through the transfer process with a step-by-step wizard. As part of each step,
detailed information and instructions are provided to assist users in configuring
the available options and selecting data for transfer. Additionally, the wizard
prompts users to ensure supporting data is available before transferring.
Automatic creation of Accounts and Items when transferring expenses When
creating vendor bills in QuickBooks, an Item is assigned to each billable expense
and an Account is attached to each non-billable expense. When transferring expenses
from Web TimeSheet, typically the Item or Account is based on the Expense Code selected
for the expense. To ensure a successful transfer, Web TimeSheet Billing Integration
now provides the option to automatically create the necessary Items and Accounts
using the mapped Web TimeSheet values. Additionally, a utility is provided to assist
users in transferring the Items and Accounts and the related Expense Codes between
the two applications.
Elimination of pre-defined structural relationships The structural relationships
used in the previous Integration Manager have been replaced with a more flexible
mapping interface. Users are no longer limited to the pre-defined options and the
relationship between the data structures is easier to select and interpret.
Additional mapping available when transferring time entries When transferring
time entries, users can now create a field mapping from any Web TimeSheet timesheet
hours or row level user defined field to the QuickBooks Class field. Web TimeSheet

Enhanced upgrade process When upgrading from a previous version or a previous
Replicon QuickBooks integration solution, users can now choose a new installation
location and Start menu entry for Web TimeSheet Billing Integration. In past versions,
the options selected during the original installation were automatically used during
the upgrade process.
Web TimeSheet Integration Manager
Web TimeSheet's integration with Intuit's QuickBooks enables you to automatically
transfer your time, and expense into QuickBooks, increasing the speed and accuracy
of your billing process.
Bi-directional Transfer between Web TimeSheet and QuickBooks
With the new bi-directional transfer, you can export data from Web TimeSheet to
QuickBooks AND from QuickBooks to Web TimeSheet. The following data can be transferred:
- User/Employee information
- Client/Customer information
- Vendor information

Uni-directional Transfer from Web TimeSheet to QuickBooks
The Integration Manager also allows the following data to be transferred from Web
TimeSheet to QuickBooks:
- Time entries

Expense entries
When transferring expense sheets and timesheets to QuickBooks, you can choose whether
you want to transfer all of the data, or just the approved sheets.
Integration Options
You have the ability to map data fields between Web TimeSheet and QuickBooks before
transferring your data. In addition, you have the option to preview your transferred
data and field mappings before the actual data transfer occurs.
