The XML based Integration Manager allows users to update project/task information, project team assignments, and timesheet data between Web TimeSheet and Microsoft Server 2003 or 2007 easily and efficiently. The Integration Manager allows one-way transfer of timesheet hours data from Web TimeSheet to Microsoft Project. Bi-directional data transfer is available for projects/task information and project team assignments.

1. Update task hours - with options as:
   • All hours or approved hours only
   • Within a specific date range or within Project Start/End Dates
2. Update Project / Task Information:
   • Project/Task Structure
   • Project Manager
   • Estimated Cost
   • Task Start/End Date
3. Update Project Resource
   • Task Assignments
   • Creation of new users in Web TimeSheet if users do not exist
4. Update Resource Pool
   • Add Web TimeSheet users to the Resource Pool
5. Over 100 different Web TimeSheet field-mapping options available
