CASE STUDY - SRCA Replaces Home-grown Timesheet & Saves Hours

Working with prominent clients such as the U.S. Department of Defense, the SRCA must deliver projects on time, on target, and on budget. In addition, as a DoD contractor, SRCA must follow specific timekeeping guidelines set forth by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).

Since Sept. 2003, SRCA has saved over 25 hours per week after replacing its homegrown time and billing solution with Replicon’s Web TimeSheet.

WEB TIMESHEET TIPS - Project Notes & Column Titles

Project Notes (formerly known as Journals)

You can view Project Notes by project or by user.

  • Project leaders may want to view notes by project to determine how their projects are progressing.
  • Users may want to view notes by user to review their own notes and post updates.

Column Titles and List Screens

If the column title is underlined, it means you can sort the information by that category. Just click the column title to sort by Name, Approval Status, etc.
