As Chief Executive Officer, Raj Narayanaswamy is responsible for executing the company's strategic goals and leading corporate initiatives. With more than 15 years of software development and senior management experience, Mr. Narayanaswamy is widely recognized for his visionary approach in developing innovative software applications that meet the needs of leading enterprise organizations. Mr. Narayanaswamy has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai-India, and is an active member of the high-tech business community.

In her position as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Raj is focused on strategic initiatives for Replicon's global operations, including market share expansion, revenue generation and worldwide sales activities and has been instrumental in providing global visibility for Replicon's product. Prior to Replicon, she worked as a software engineer for Verity (formerly known as FTP). Ms. Raj holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Ms. Raj has received many awards for entrepreneurship and innovation, including PROFIT W100 for four consecutive years, and Top 40 under 40. In addition, she has won the InfoTech Hero Award for Entrepreneurship and was selected as a finalist for three consecutive years in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

With over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Kinash, who also holds the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation, offers a wealth of experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, and securities filings. He specializes in guiding growing high-tech companies to maturity, an ability that led him to great success as the former leader of the Information, Communication, and Entertainment practice of KPMG Calgary.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jon is responsible for the Worldwide Sales and Marketing organizations. In this role Jon is charged with delivering exceptional revenue growth by building and developing a world class organization. Jon brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently as CEO of Host Analytics and previously senior leadership positions at Oracle and Hyperion. He is passionate about customers and delivering world class solutions to them everywhere. He holds an MBA and BA in Business Economics.
Senior Vice President, Engineering & Operations
Mr. Kuppahally is responsible for Replicon’s Product Development, Quality Assurance and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operations. He has 20+ years of combined experience in enterprise software and SaaS, with a track record of translating marketing vision into successfully deployed products. Prior to Replicon, Mr. Kuppahally was the founding SVP of Engineering at TrueDemand, where he built SaaS solutions for the retail sector. Earlier in his career he also held senior management roles at leading technology companies including i2, RightWorks and Sybase. Suresh has degrees in Computer Science and an MBA.

Shelly Davenport brings more than 20 years of experience in high-tech sales and sales management to her role as Replicon's global sales team leader. Ms. Davenport is responsible for expanding and managing a world-class global sales organization and establishing best practices to drive high growth. Prior to joining Replicon, Shelly held senior sales management roles at the most successful software companies in the world, including Oracle Corporation, Hyperion Solutions Corporation, Salesforce.com and most recently SuccessFactors.

With over 35 years of information systems experience, Mr. Jacques' interest in technology has revolved around the introduction of leading edge technologies such as supercomputers (managed four installations in Calgary) and fiber optics (co-founder of OilNet). His entrepreneurial career includes co-founding several ventures, most notable of which are, MetroNet Communications (sold to AT&T Canada) and International Productivity Solutions Inc., known as PreferSoft Inc. that was sold to Pangaea Inc. Mr. Jacques was Chairman for PreferSoft Inc. and currently holds a board position with Replicon Inc. As a private consultant, Mr. Jacques advises, directs and mentors numerous small Alberta and B.C. companies. Formerly, Mr. Jacques has held various positions with ACTC Technologies Inc., Control Data Canada Ltd., and Fujitsu Canada.
