Raj Narayanaswamy Co-founder & Co-CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Raj Narayanaswamy is responsible for executing the company's strategic goals and leading corporate initiatives. With more than 25 years of software development and senior management experience, Mr. Narayanaswamy is widely recognized for his visionary approach in developing innovative software applications that meet the needs of leading enterprise organizations. Mr. Narayanaswamy has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai-India, and is an active member of the high-tech business community.
Lakshmi Raj Co-founder & Co-CEO
In her position as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Raj is focused on strategic initiatives for Replicon's global operations, including market share expansion, revenue generation, and worldwide sales activities. Ms. Raj has extensive experience in web-based marketing. She was instrumental in providing global visibility for Replicon's product. Prior to starting Replicon, she worked as a software engineer for Verity (formerly known as FTP Canada). Ms. Raj holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Peter Kinash Chief Financial Officer & India COO
With over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Kinash, who also holds the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation, offers a wealth of experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, and securities filings. He specializes in guiding growing high-tech companies to maturity, an ability that led him to great success as the former leader of the Information, Communication, and Entertainment practice of KPMG Calgary.
Jon Kondo Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jon is responsible for the Worldwide Sales and Marketing organizations. In this role Jon is charged with delivering exceptional revenue growth by building and developing a world class organization. Jon brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently as CEO of Host Analytics, and previously in senior leadership positions at Oracle and Hyperion. He is passionate about customers and delivering world class solutions to them everywhere. He holds an MBA and BA in Business Economics.
Suresh Kuppahally Senior Vice President, Engineering & Operations
Suresh is responsible for Replicon’s Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operations. He has 20+ years of combined experience in enterprise software and SaaS, with a track record of translating marketing vision into successfully deployed products. Prior to Replicon, Suresh was the founding SVP of Engineering at TrueDemand, where he built SaaS solutions for the retail sector. Earlier in his career he also held senior management roles at leading technology companies including i2, RightWorks, and Sybase. Suresh has a degree in Computer Science and an MBA.
Keri Brooke Vice President, Product Marketing
As VP Product Marketing, Keri is responsible for managing Replicon’s world class product marketing team, Analyst Relations, and PR strategy. With almost 20 years in enterprise software, she has implemented, launched, and marketed technology from world-class vendors such as Hyperion, Oracle, Host Analytics, and now Replicon. Before joining the software business Keri held finance positions in Novartis and Unilever in Europe. Keri has a BA (hons) in Economics from the University of Sussex and is a Chartered Accountant in the UK.
Steve Collins Vice President Sales, North America
Steve has more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership and partnership development, as well as in delivering HR and technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Prior to becoming VP Sales, North America at Replicon, Steve served as Regional Director of Sales for Kronos Inc.'s Manufacturing practice and as Vice President of Sales for Integral Systems, an international HCM company. A graduate of Xavier University’s Senior Management Program in Ohio, Steve earned a B.A. in Political Science from Fayetteville State University. Steve is also a decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
Shelly Davenport Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Shelly Davenport brings more than 20 years of experience in high-tech sales and sales management to her role as Replicon's global sales team leader. Shelly is responsible for expanding and managing a world-class global sales organization and establishing best practices to drive high growth. Prior to joining Replicon, Shelly held senior sales management roles at the most successful software companies in the world, including Oracle Corporation, Hyperion Solutions Corporation, Salesforce.com and, most recently, SuccessFactors.
John Kearney Vice President Sales, Asia Pacific and Japan
As VP of Sales for APAC, John is responsible for building and developing the business and managing the company’s rapidly expanding customer base, while allowing Replicon to implement products and strategy specific to the region. With almost 17 years’ experience in enterprise software and SaaS he has led sales, pre-sales, and product strategy for leading enterprise software organizations including CA Technologies, Niku Corporation, and SAP.
Adam Walker Vice President of Sales Europe, Middle East and Africa
With over 12 years of experience as a sales leader within the Software Industry, Adam comes to us from Epicor Software (formally Solarsoft) where he spent several years leading the EMEA region in new business acquisition. Prior to that he helped NetSuite establish itself in the UK market, and contributed to establishing the Sage Accountants Division into a multi-million pound business and a market leader within the Accountancy sector. His career has focused on SaaS, ERP, CRM and the reconstruction and rebuilding of sales organizations, as well as the development and management of new teams, new marketplaces, and new routes to market.
Vien Nguyen-Vu Vice President, Human Resources
As VP of Human Resources, Vien Nguyen-Vu brings more than 15 years of experience in software development, product management, and human resources – a combination that gives her excellent insight into the inner workings of a fast-paced, high profile Cloud organization. She is responsible for Replicon's global Human Resources strategy, focusing specifically on talent recruitment and retention, performance management, and compensation/bonus programs. Her Topgrading approach has made a valuable impact on Replicon's global team. Vien is a Certified Global Professional in HR (GPHR) with an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and she holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
