The Challenge
Previously, the head office at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? relied on one person to manually administer time off requests, accruals and balances on excel spreadsheets and paper-based systems. However, as the company continued to grow, the maintenance of time off requests and balances had become too labour intensive and prone to inaccuracies.
